How do you get to Whinny City? Well, that depends! Where are you? Up North by Ponyville Ciderfest? Out west, beyond the Cheddar Curtain? South of here? Flyin\u2019 into O\u2019Hare Airport? Well, first off, you could just throw the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg\u2019s address into your favorite electronic gadget and map it. The address is:<\/p>\n

1800 East Golf Road Schaumburg, Illinois, 60173<\/h2>\n

You’ll think your GPS is lying a little, and it will be slightly confusing if you don’t know the mall area because the address is on Golf, but there are a pair of access roads (McConnor Pkwy and Walter Payton Dr) you have to use to actually get to the hotel without mowing down grass in the median. You can SEE it from Golf, but you have to turn off Golf to actually park.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re from up around Ponyville Ciderfest\u2019s neck of the woods (coming in on 94 headed south), here\u2019s what to do:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Take 94E (Yes, there are tolls. Be nice to the booth ponies.)
\u2022 Continue on I-94 E to Maine. (Not Manehattan, just Maine) Take the IL-58 exit from I-294 S
\u2022 Keep right at the fork to continue on I-294 S, follow signs for Indiana – O’Hare<\/p>\n

Alternately, if you\u2019re coming from O\u2019Mare International Airport or points south:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Take I-90 West to Ill. 53 South (Schaumburg).
\u2022 Exit on Woodfield Rd.
\u2022 Turn left at first traffic signal.
\u2022 At the next signal, turn left onto Frontage Rd.
\u2022 Turn left on Golf Rd.
\u2022 Hyatt Regency Schaumburg will be two blocks on right.<\/p>\n

Directions from I-90 East:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Exit Ill. 53 South (Schaumburg). Exit on Woodfield Rd. Turn left at first traffic signal.
\u2022 At the next signal, turn left onto Frontage Rd.
\u2022 Turn left on Golf Rd.
\u2022 Our hotel will be two blocks on the right.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re coming in another way, you\u2019re probably lost or on the Dan Ryan. (90\/94W thru downtown) We don\u2019t recommend the latter, that way is the path of madness and downtown traffic jams. <\/p>\n

If you ARE on the Dan Ryan and you make it out to us, you\u2019re still welcome, but we will likely suspect that you\u2019re a changeling.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Take the I-290 E exit toward the suburbs
\u2022 Keep left at the fork to continue on Exit 1B-1A
\u2022 Follow signs for Woodfield Rd \/ Golf Rd and merge onto McConnor Pkwy .2 mi
\u2022 Turn left onto E Woodfield Rd .1 mi
\u2022 Turn left onto E Frontage Rd .6 mi.
\u2022 Turn left onto Golf Rd .1 mi
\u2022 Slight right onto McConnor Pkwy 200 ft
