Having a degree in Creative Writing and English from the University of Illinois, Brass Scribe is a published writer and Trumpet performer outside of the fandom.
In addition, whether it is formally teaching the fundamentals of writing, informing how to improve other people’s writing skills, or just reading & peer reviewing their work, Brass loves helping people be the best writers they can be!
Brass joined the MLP fandom in mid-2013 and has always kept a close eye on its creative contents (specifically the music and writing aspects). Currently within the fandom, he is a writer for Horse Music Herald, writes scripts for people’s YouTube channels (as well as other sorts of writing commissions), operates the music Twitter “Brony Music Anniversary,” composes his own music, and has recently restarted his work on FimFiction for the first time since early 2017.
