Music Archivist, Historian, & Writer
Having a degree in Creative Writing and English from the University of Illinois, Brass Scribe is a published writer and Trumpet performer outside of the fandom.
In addition, whether it is formally teaching the fundamentals of writing, informing how to improve other people’s writing skills, or just reading & peer reviewing their work, Brass Scribe loves helping people be the best writers they can be!
Brass joined the MLP fandom in mid-2013 and has always kept a close eye on its creative content (specifically the music and writing aspects). Currently within the fandom, he is a writer for Horse Music Herald, writes scripts for people’s YouTube channels (as well as other sorts of writing commissions), operates the music Twitter “Brony Music Anniversary,” and created “The Brony Musicians Database.” He was also one of the writers for Ponyville Ciderfest 2023’s Interactive Storytelling Adventure as well as its printed book, “Scattered Pages.”
