Nicole Oliver is coming to Whinny City 2022!
Surprise – Nicole Oliver is joining us at Whinny City Pony Con 2022!

In an unexpected but delightful turn of events, Nicole Oliver – the voice of Princess Celestia, Cheerilee, Spitfire, Tree Hugger, and many more – will be joining us at Whinny City Pony Con 2022 after all! She was originally slated to be a guest at WCPC20, and we are very excited to welcome Nicole for her very first time at WCPC.
This is a big deal for a few other reasons, too. First of all, we’re currently running a 10% off sale on ALL badges with code LastChance through the end of this Sunday, so the timing is perfect to get registered to meet Nicole along with Jenna Warren, Racquel Belmonte, and Tony Fleecs! (Regretfully, Bill Newton is no longer able to join us at the event.)
Additionally, this is important timing because Sponsor and Package badge sales also end at midnight on Sunday night! A few options are sold out, but you can still get one of several great options for a few more days! Don’t forget to use code LastChance to save 10% when you Register for yours!
And finally, you’re really going to want to hop on that sale because we will soon be announcing a truckload of musicians, community guests and vendors that you will be able to find at our event this year! So you’ll also want to make sure you have reserved your room at our venue, the Hyatt Regency Schaumburg! On that note, we also want to provide a few updates about our venue:
– Unfortunately both the indoor and outdoor pools were closed at the start of COVID and will not be reopened in time for our event.
– The food options inside the hotel are a bit more limited than they have been in the past:
> A breakfast buffet is available at the MARKETbowl restaurant, but lunch and dinner are not served.
> The Market stand will have a selection of food and beverages for purchase during breakfast and lunch from 6:30 am to 5 pm.
> Gallagher’s Bar will have drinks and snacks available starting at 4pm daily.
So while there isn’t really a dinner option inside the hotel, City Works Schaumburg is attached to the hotel and is open until 11pm or Midnight, plus there are a TON of other food options in the area you can take a short drive to or order delivery from! (We have a very outdated list of options here that we will try to update before the con; otherwise, your internet resource of choice for discovering options will be your best bet.)
