Agnes Garbowska
IDW Comic Artist
Agnes Garbowska is a comic book artist and illustrator whose work spans many of the industry’s leading publishers.
She is best known for her work on the New York Times bestselling, Ringo Award, and Gem Award–winning series DC Super Hero Girls for DC Comics, as well as Teen Titans Go!.
Her current projects include illustrating 101 Dalmatians for Papercutz, Mermicorno for Abrams Books and Toki Doki, and serving as a cover artist for Baby Garfield for Boom! Studios. She also has My Little Pony trading cards coming out from Kayou this year.
Her work includes illustrating My Little Pony: I Can Read! Comics for HarperCollins and the DC Super Hero Fairy Tales line for Capstone, along with a wide range of titles across major publishers. She has illustrated My Little Pony, Care Bears, and Jem and the Holograms for IDW Publishing; Grumpy Cat, Boo: The World’s Cutest Dog, and Li’l Vampi for Dynamite Entertainment; Sonic Universe for Archie Comics. She has also contributed artwork to Marvel Comics, including Girl Comics and the Spider-Ham 25th Anniversary Special, as well as cover art for various titles.
In addition to interior work, Agnes is a prolific cover artist. Her cover credits include major franchises such as Transformers, G.I. Joe, Powerpuff Girls, Samurai Jack, Dexter’s Laboratory, Clue, and Littlest Pet Shop for IDW, along with numerous titles for Dynamite Entertainment including Red Sonja and Doodle Jump. Her work also extends to other publishers such as Aspen Comics, Archie Comics, and Valiant.
